Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use Invictus Remittance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use Invictus Remittance. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
Sending money
When you send a transfer, you authorise us to collect the amount shown and arrange delivery to your recipient. Rates are locked for 30 minutes; if a quote expires you'll be re-quoted before payment.
Fees and rates
All fees and the exchange rate applied are shown before you confirm. The total you pay and the amount your recipient receives are confirmed at that point.
Liability
We take great care to deliver your transfers, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about material changes, and your continued use means you accept the updated terms.
